Product Warranty - that under normal use, the vinyl components of the window will not pit, crack or peel. All mechanical parts (balances, locks, vent locks, seals) are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any product parts will be replaced and installed by Company at no additional charge.

Labour Warranty - that under normal use, the Company warranties any defective workmanship within reason. The Company does not warranty any caulking breakdown over time. Caulking must be kept up with normal  building maintenance.

Transferrable Warranty - this warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner of the same residence. A transfer of warranty fee of $50 made payable to Networx Windows & Doors must be delivered to the Company within 30 days of the property's transfer date. It must also include a copy of the original purchase agreement and a copy of the warranty. In the even you sell your residence, or it becomes occupied by other than the original owner, the warranty is ten years from original purchase date of the windows from Company.
